In our case, we want to enable vsphere for Tanzu,
Click on menu -> workload Management
Normally, we should have Get Started to Enable Tanzu, but here we see an error due to licenses issues !
Select menu -> Licenses
Add New Licenses
Paste the License
The licenses must be vsphere ENtreprise with Add-on for kubernetes !!
And now it works 🙂
