Today, I want to share what are the 7 options I use when I want to hormonise configuration in all ESXIs,
There are many options in Host Profile, the problem to use all of them, we will have everytime non compliance alarms, and we should restart always our ESXI ..
That’s why, I’ve choosen thoses options, to have best config and no problem with compliance
First step, we have to extract Host Profile from one ESXI,
Second step, deselect all options, and select only thoses 7 ones, with the right value !!
1- Admin group for ESXI
2- Power System to High Performance (we can choose normal if we want)
3- NTP server: we can have many
4- Active Directory Domain
5- Active Directory Permission
6- Ntp demon, we must force it to starrt 
7- VMW_SATP_ALUA : VMW-PSP_RR (Round Robin)
And Finally, as we have the custom Host Profile created, we have to apply it for all ESXIs
