I have always been a real fan of Host Profile,<\/span><\/p>\n

My recommandation are always to use the minimum of parameters, only what we need to have :<\/span><\/p>\n

This is help us to have Host Profile always compatible, and we avoid many problem of compatibility<\/span><\/p>\n

To do it we have to Extract Host Profile from one ESXI<\/span><\/p>\n

Put the name :<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Now go on Policies and Profiles :<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Select Host Profiles, Host Profiles essential parameters :<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Click on Edit Host Profile :<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Deselect all options :<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Search ntp, set the ntp server :<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Now activate the service :<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

In this step, put the performance to Power System :<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

We have also to add the syslog server, and save :<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

We have the Host Profile configured, we can attach it to the cluster :<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Select the right Host Profile :<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

We can now remediate, and all ESXIs will have the same configuration \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n
