The transport zone defines a collection of ESXi hosts that can communicate with each other and defines the span of logical switches.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We start the Transport zone configuration on the Primary NSX Manager.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The first Transport Zone (TZ) was created on Primary NSX manager, configured with the Universal TZ, remember there can only be 1 Universal TZ.\u00a0 Universal Synchronization is marked to \u2018On\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On the Secondary NSX Manager, we are going to create local Transport Zone,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Browse to \u2018Installation and Upgrade\u2019 \u2018Logical Network Settings\u2019 \u2018Transport Zones\u2019 then click on \u2018+ ADD\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-675\" src=\"http:\/\/hentati.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Nconf11-1-300x133.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1022\" height=\"453\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hentati.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Nconf11-1-300x133.png 300w, https:\/\/hentati.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Nconf11-1-768x339.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1022px) 100vw, 1022px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Second Transport Zone (TZ) we are going to configure is the TZ, we can have many local TZ.
